Our community of adults with learning disabilities in Scotland are all too often forgotten, with limited access to skills training, development, employment and meaningful inclusion in society.

It's not Rocket Science

To change this for the better, seeing the abilities not the disabilities, working with the positives while managing the negatives, getting the best out of everyone, creating more inclusive, productive, fulfilling communities at home and in the workplace.

Examples of Inclusion in action within the Community Development Trust movement are an inspiring lesson in what can be achieved with a can do attitude, a well managed process, a great team and an inclusive mindset, which we are proud to support.
